What we collect and why
When you use the Coolkid Games contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject and message. We use them to handle your enquiry and reply. Required fields are needed to process it. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
The website may record technical data, such as your IP address and access time, for operation and security. Contact Form 7 sends the messages, and Flamingo stores a copy in WordPress.
Legal basis and retention
We process contact form data with your consent, given when you submit the form after accepting this policy, and to deal with the request you make. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and meet any applicable legal obligations; we then delete or restrict the data as appropriate.
Who receives the data
Messages go to the Coolkid SL team responsible for enquiries.
